Watching Jorge Garbajosa’s gruesome leg injury last night, I was reminded of a simlar injury to Robin Ventura when he crashed into home plate like Gustavo Chacin drunk driving and basically rearranged his leg for all to see.
It also reminded me of how the best part of gruesome injuries is always the reaction of the first person on the scene (Calderon), or else a loved one in the stands (Ventura's wife), or the commentators when they're completely unprepared.
