The Boggs Head

Do you remember that scene in Boogie Nights when Mark Whalberg explains to Burt Reynolds what his porn name is going to be, and he says that when he closes his eyes, he sees this thing, this sign in bright blue neon lights with a purple outline, and this name is so bright and so sharp that the sign just blows up because the name is so powerful?

Well, that's what happened to me on Friday night. And what I saw was Wade Boggs' Jebediah Springfield-like head, tilted slightly and with the glorious number 70 underneath it in purple and gold.

Why, you ask? Because Wade Boggs is a king among men.
