Uh-Oh!

The Associated Press is reporting (via The New York Daily News) that Roger Clemens, like our friend JP Ricciardi, is full of shit. Well... basically....

NEW YORK — Brian McNamee has turned over physical evidence that Roger Clemens's former trainer believes will show the seven-time Cy Young Award winner used performance-enhancing drugs, McNamee's attorneys told The New York Daily News.

In the report, an anonymous source close to McNamee said the former trainer gave the Justice Department's BALCO investigators vials with traces of steroids and growth hormone, as well as bloodstained syringes and gauze pads.

McNamee's attorneys told the newspaper he has turned over the evidence to federal investigators but did not provide details of the evidence.

"This is evidence the government has that we believe will corroborate Brian in every significant way," one of McNamee's lawyers, Earl Ward, said in an article posted on the newspaper's Web site Tuesday.

I care nothing (Lebowski) about anything Mitchell-related except the hilarious hijinx of Clemens. His denials can go fuck themselves, but any time Roger looks like he sailing up shit river, I'm into it.

It looks like the only thing McNamee didn't turn over was the mints on the pillow for the Skydome hotel...where he injected Clemens in the ass (that never stops being fun to say).

When I heard this - the first question that came to mind is who holds onto syringes and samples for 6+ years.

I liked McNamee's stated reason for holding onto the evidence. Caught this on the ticker last night so I don't have a source...I'd like to see if anyone can back it up??? Especially since this is the main question coming out of the Clemens camp.

When questioned McNamee stated that he held onto the samples over the years in case Clemens ever denied use.

Of course everyone assumed that Clemens would probably deny.

This just shows that McNamee at the time had planned to go public with the evidence and stick it to Clemens sometime down the road (just like he stuck him in the ass with the needle).

I was waiting for the Lewinsky-style-stain on the blue dress, and I guess this is it. This case is getting grosser and grosser and I can't wait until it goes away.

I don't know what the big deal is - Clemens will just continue to say that he thought he was being injected with vitamins. This really doesn't change anything.
