I really like Aaron Hill, so don't get me wrong when I say this, but what the fucking fuck was with this "note" in the Star this morning?
Aaron Hill returned to the Jays clubhouse yesterday to spend some time with teammates. Four months after a collision with former Jay David Eckstein, Hill is still battling the symptoms of a concussion. "I'm finally doing what the doctors told me – nothing," Hill said. He's due for another checkup with a neurologist today.
Huh?!??!? Is this a tacit admission that he was trying to do too much in the early stages of his recovery? Jesus Christ, I don't know about you, but if my multi-million dollar career was potentially on the line because of a concussion, I might not wait four months before I decided it was a good idea to start listening to my doctor.
I'm probably-- hopefully-- reading too much into this, but that's what he said! How the hell else am I supposed to take it?

Not sure if they showed it on TV, but I was at the game last night and they showed Campbell and Tabler in the comfort zone seats. Fucking ginger Campbell had a baseball glove on.
Like the complete game 20th win does for Roy, Campbell wearing a glove kinda says everything you need to know about him.
I feel kinda dirty defending Jamie Campbell, but a few years ago he caught a home run ball at the All Star Game one-handed with his bare hand and didn't spill the beer he was holding in the other hand. That was pretty cool. He was probably wearing the glove because Edna in Port Hope on her 90th birthday would think it was wacky.
