Righties only had a .267/.309/.440 line against the Unit last year, vs. .215/.254/.318 for lefties, and those were with his defense making 28 fewer outs than expected given his balls in play. Sure he's going to face better hitters in the AL, but we're a good defensive team, so it should even out results-wise.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Unit in Toronto for a year, although I could see him getting raked by Pedroia, Bay, Rodriguez, Jeter, Longoria, Upton, and the rest of the right-handed sluggers in the AL East. Of course, Penny could get dismantled by pretty much everyone if he isn't 100% healthy.

Apparently he pitches well both during the day and at Wrigley, which makes the Cubs a logical destination.

I fucking hate Brad Penny and Milton Bradley. Both are fucking retards. With that said, they could help the Jays win and maybe contend a bit next year. With THAT said, fuck a possibility of winning! My hatred of Penny and Bradley is much more important than the slight possibility both stay healthy and actually help the Jays next year.
